lyrics

Everywhere I look
Doors are being closed
Everyone I see
Is trying to break the mould

No vacancies written I semi-permanent faded ink
Like a tattoo on society
We are a people that are on the brink

We were born into silver spoons burned brown
They’ve made it so clear to us
There’s no room in this town
I don’t know where we go from here
Tír gan anam, ní hé sin aon tír (A country without a soul, is no country)

Here’s to all the smallest victories
Enjoy the little things
Or you will cease to be
You will go insane
My life is not a game

The forgotten generation
Our lives already sold
This is not our debt
We’ll never own a home

Here’s to all the smallest victories
Enjoy the little things
Or you will cease to be
You will go insane
My life is not a game
